WOW! My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the fabulous house wash and gutter clean/ wash done on our home by Jason! He was in constant communications with us before and during the process, arrived when he said he would, did a super professional job and was very polite and respectful of our property, including our infant flower beds. The north side of our house was green due to mold/mildew which accumulated over the years. Jason from JCH softwash LLC had done some work for us in the past and did a thorough, excellent quality job, so I contacted him to have this cleaned. In addition, he also cleaned our gutters and assessed the cause of our gutters overflowing in one particular section. Our house has vinyl siding and is a light tan/cream color which was completely overtaken by the green I mentioned. After Jason was done, the north side of the house was gleaming without a spot of green on the siding or on the shed and kiddie pool which Jason also cleaned. We inspected the rest of the house being as I had asked Jason to just clean the north side being as it was the only side affected…. Or so I thought… Then Jason pointed out that the underside of all of the siding on the south side also had mold/mildew – so even though he was packed and ready to go – Jason said he had to get rid of the green as he couldn’t leave a house with green on it…. This shows Jason’s dedication to excellence. He is a polite, knowledgeable young man who is worth waiting for if he is too busy to fit you into his schedule right away. You will be happy with his work and his price ! But even if he was more money, he is well worth it as he really cares about the quality of his work and his customer’s satisfaction!
